Background
The Tell City Dam Maintenance contract is issued to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of various lakes and ponds in the region.

The goal of this contract is to perform routine dam maintenance at specified locations, which includes design work for each site.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Routine Dam Maintenance at Celina Lake (22.4 acres)
2. Routine Dam Maintenance at Indian Lake (22 acres)
3. Routine Dam Maintenance at Saddle Lake (19 acres)
4. Routine Dam Maintenance at Tipsaw Lake (30 acres)
5. Routine Dam Maintenance at U-38 Lake (16 acres)
6. Routine Dam Maintenance at German Ridge Lake (1 acre)
7. Routine Dam Maintenance at Branchville Pond (1 acre).
This work will be performed annually over multiple option years, with specific quantities outlined for each location.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with four option years, allowing for continued maintenance services as needed.
