Description

Teleradiology Services to be performed by certified/board eligible radilogy physicians for VASNHCS in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to contract for Teleradiology Services to be performed by certified or board eligible radiology physicians for the Southern Nevada VA Health Care System (VASNHCS).

The goal of this contract is to provide remote radiology services that meet or exceed the standards set by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This initiative aims to enhance healthcare delivery for eligible beneficiaries of the VA.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide board certified/eligible radiology physician services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:
1. Remote provision of teleradiology services for VASNHCS.
2. Compliance with ACR guidelines and VA standards for radiology services.
3. Ensuring all contract physicians are licensed, board certified/eligible, and maintain their credentials throughout the contract period.
4. Management and supervision of daily services provided under this contract, including background checks on personnel.
5. Adherence to quality assurance measures, including timely communication of diagnostic findings and maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA and VA regulations.
