Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 05, Baltimore VAMC, 10 N. Greene Street, Baltimore MD 21201 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Governments intent to award a sole source contract to VetMed Group LLC. The contract is expected to be awarded IAW FAR 12 with an unusual and compelling urgency per 41 USC 3304(a)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 05, located at Baltimore VAMC, is issuing a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a sole source contract to VetMed Group LLC. This action is being taken under unusual and compelling urgency. The goal of the contract is to provide essential teleradiology services for the Beckley VA Medical Center.

Work Details
VetMed Group LLC will be responsible for delivering teleradiology services which include but are not limited to: providing diagnostic imaging interpretations, ensuring timely reporting of radiological findings, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the delivery of these services.

The contract will be structured as a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Beckley VA Medical Center.
