Background
The Montana VA Health Care System is seeking to provide telehealth services to Veterans primarily residing in the counties of Daniels, Lincoln, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Silver Bow. The goal of this contract is to enhance access to healthcare for Veterans through telehealth solutions, ensuring they receive necessary medical attention in a timely manner.

Work Details
The contractor will provide long-term telehealth services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Schedule of Services. Key tasks include:
1. Delivering comprehensive telehealth services that meet the needs of Veterans.
2. Ensuring compliance with VA standards for patient care and safety.
3. Providing necessary staffing including Primary Care Providers (PCPs), Registered Nurse Care Managers (RNCMs), Clinical Associates, and Administrative Associates to maintain a sufficient patient-to-provider ratio.
4. Implementing contingency plans for continuity of care during staff shortages or emergencies.
5. Maintaining accurate medical records and providing copies upon request by the VA for billing support.
6. Complying with physical security requirements as per VA guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on January 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2027, with options for extensions through December 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment within the counties of Daniels, Lincoln, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Silver Bow in Montana.
