This posting includes the FINAL RFP and associated documents as attachments for the ADVTE-NEXT IDIQ.

The FINAL versions of the requirement documents (i.e. IDIQ SOW DO1 SOW, DO1 Specification, and CDRLs) and GFI for ADVTE-Next will be provided to authorized representatives via Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (DoD SAFE) upon completion and submission of the attached LA-2, GFI Request Form to Nicole Pinkney at nicole.pinkney@navy.mil.

Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing with the use of Attachment LA-1 (Question and Answer Form). Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number. Do not include any proprietary information in your question, because the government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors. All questions must be submitted for the solicitation no later two weeks after release of the final RFP (or 10 March 2021 at 2:00 pm EST) to Ms. Nicole Pinkney, nicole.pinkney@navy.mil. All emails must include the solicitation number and company's name in the subject line of the email. The government is under no obligation to try to answer questions received after that date, but may answer the question if time permits.
