Technical Upgrade and Completion of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Aviation Distributed Virtual Training Environment (ADVTE) Q&As Posted   3

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to procure the Technical Upgrade and Completion of the USMC ADVTE, hereinafter referred to as ADVTE-Next. NAWCTSD anticipates competing this requirement on a full and open basis using best value tradeoff source selection procedures. A single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated with firm-fixed price, cost reimbursement and cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery orders, and a ceiling price estimated at $49 million dollars.

The Government's responses to Industry's Questions and Comments from the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) provided on 5 October 2020 and the updated Draft requirement documents provided on 22 June 2020 are now posted. It should be noted that the Government only provided responses to questions and comments from the Draft requirement documents that it deemed pertinent and that had not been addressed either through updated requirement documents or its responses to the Draft RFP questions and comments.
