This is a Solicitation/Request for Proposals (RFP) for a full and open competitive procurement. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement entitled, Intelligent Transportation Systems - Joint Program Office's (ITS-JPO) Intelligent Transportation Systems Technical Support Services.

ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE(S)

The FHWA intends to award two or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts allowing for Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour (LH) Task Orders. The anticipated contract ordering period will be 60 months (5 years), with a total ordering ceiling of $200,000,000, shared across all anticipated contracts.

The NAICS of 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, if applicable to the anticipated acquisition.

Program and Project Management Support

Technical Analysis Support

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide technical and programmatic support services, on a task order basis, in support of the mission of the ITS JPO.
