Technical Support Services for the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office (JPO)

Background
The Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office (JPO) is part of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and focuses on leveraging multimodal technology, applications, and data to support ITS portfolio objectives.

The goal of this contract is to provide technical and programmatic support services that facilitate the transition of research initiatives into technology transfer and implementation phases, ensuring effective long-term deployment, operations, and maintenance support across various modal administrations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, and other items necessary for technical and programmatic support services in alignment with the ITS JPO's mission. Key tasks include: analyzing technical, programmatic, and administrative issues; conducting special studies on policy and technical research; performing evaluations related to ITS JPO activities; developing technical tools such as models and computer-aided instruction; executing data analysis and analytical techniques; delivering technology transfer and technical assistance including training development; evaluating programs/projects; measuring performance; and implementing process improvements.

The Contractor will also coordinate with ITS JPO partners and stakeholders while maintaining that all decision-making authority remains with the JPO.
