Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) at Stennis Space Center, MS, has awarded a sole source firm fixed price task order for Technical Support Services (TSS) bridge contract action to Devine Consulting, Inc., IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(A).

Award Date: 28 September 2021

Period of Performance: One (1) four-month base period and two (2) one-month option periods

Award Amount: $427,644.00

Rationale for non-competitive award: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
