TECHNICAL SENSOR RADAR SUPPORT (TSRS II) PROGRAM   2

Background
The requirement is for radar sustainment support for Cobra King Radar onboard USNS Howard O. Lorenzen, which could be located worldwide, and for any replacement or additional sensors/systems that may be developed during this contract period. Sustainment activities include radar data analysis, radar performance monitoring, radar engineering support, logistics and budgetary support, software sustainment and test support, and special studies or investigations upon Government request.

Work Details
The contractor shall accomplish radar data analysis and radar performance monitoring, radar engineering support, sustainment, budgetary and logistics support, software sustainment support, operational support to mission planning, mission execution and reporting (CONUS at AFTAC), onboard technical advice to the Air Force Mission Commander (MC) whenever CK is deployed (not during extended maintenance periods), provide advice and assistance regarding collaboration and integration of new mission capabilities and support discussions needing subject matter expertise with other government agencies. The contractor shall also assist in development of tactics, training, standardization, and evaluation programs required for mission capability development.

Period of Performance
The period of Performance shall be for one 12-month base with six (6) option years for a total of seven (7) years.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), TSRS Program Office, 1020 South Patrick Drive, Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Florida 32925-3002,

and onboard Mobile Sensor platforms deployed throughout the world.
