The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Personnel and Pay System Army (IPPS-A) under U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is seeking information from interested contractors that can provide Technical Management Support Services (TMSS) for the IPPS-A Project Management Office (PMO), consisting of O-6 Headquarters, and the following O-5 product offices: IPPS-A Future Capabilities Office (FCO), IPPS-A Capability Support Office (CSO), Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4), and the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) / Force Management System (FMS).
