Description

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA), anticipates competitively awarding a labor hour type contract for Youthbuild Technical Assistance and Coaching Services. Contractors shall provide Assistance & Coaching in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, and the terms and conditions as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Background

Work Details
Technical Assistance & Coaching for DOL YouthBuild Grantees. The purpose of this amendment is to notify contractors that CPARS assessments can be used in place of the Past Performance Questionnaires.
Except as provided herein, all of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
