TechNet 2026 Cyber Conference-Baltimore MD

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) participates annually at the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International TechNet Cyber Conference held in Baltimore, Maryland. The goal of this contract is to provide exhibit services for DISA's booth at the TechNet Cyber 2026 Conference, which will take place from June 2nd to June 4th, 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services: rental background display structures with graphics, exhibit furniture, TV monitor mounts/stands, and flooring; installation and dismantling labor; and shipping and material handling for the DISA exhibit at the conference. Specific tasks include:

1. Rental Display Structures: Provide materials, graphics, installation, dismantling, and required labor for structures as per Exhibit Layout Concept.

2. Exhibit Furniture Rental: Provide furniture for open area and office space as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. Exhibit Furniture Rental - Break Room: Provide furniture for break room areas as specified in the PWS.

4. Material Handling: Pick up items from the DISA Warehouse on a scheduled date as instructed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

5. Round Trip Shipping: Provide round trip material handling and shipping services for DISA exhibit equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 1, 2026, leading up to the conference dates of June 2-4, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Baltimore Convention Center located at One West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
