TEAMS Security Programs RFP   3

The Missile Defense Agency hereby releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0009, for the Agency's "Security Programs" contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. The requirements for this contract include support to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) in the areas of developing, implementing, maintaining, and assessing security, emergency management, and program protections for the emerging and fielded BMDS around the world and missile defense technologies, facilities, information, and people.

This procurement is issued on full and open unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690; Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000. It is anticipated that this award will result in a blended cost plus fixed fee and cost-plus incentive fee completion-contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps Website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals are due September 28, 2015 by 2:00 PM CST.
