2/7/2022 RFP has been amended to update Attachment 03 TERP Procedures, update Section L, update Section M, provide responses to additional RFP questions, correct CLIN values in the solicitation document, and extend the proposal due date to 23 February 2022.

1/31/2022 We have updated the Response date in the PIEE and SAM systems to align with the updated response date as described in Amd 02. 1/27/2022 RFP has been amended to incorporate the latest version of Section L, Attachment J-01 SOW, Attachment J-06 NDA Individual Contractor, Attachment L-03 Sample Consent Letter, Attachment L-05 EPW, and responses to Final RFP questions. The due date has been extended to 5:00 pm central time on February 9, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted. 1/20/2022 The Government is in the process of adjudicating industry questions. An amendment to the solicitation is anticipated to be posted in PIEE and SAM.gov on or about January 25th. Please continue to monitor PIEE and SAM.gov for updates. 1/12/2022 RFP has been amended to make administrative updates to the solicitation, provide access to the Offerors Library, and incorporate attachments J-03 TERP Procedure and J-04 TERP Form. The PCO's email has also been updated in this description. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this solicitation to procure Information Technology Cybersecurity Management (IT/CM) services under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support-Next (TEAMS-Next) acquisition for the MDA. The IT/CM requirement will consist of supporting the MDA with advisory and assistance services supporting the Office of Chief Information Officer. The Government requires proposal submissions be conducted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil . The proposal shall be received prior to 5:00 pm central time on January 31 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted. To initiate the proposal submission through PIEE, the Offeror must register as a proposal manager. Training on the solicitation module is available for proposal managers through PIEE. Subcontractors who have proprietary data and do not want to submit this data to the prime must submit it through PIEE. The subcontractors will register as a proposal manager, and create a separate proposal submission from their prime. Documents submitted by the subcontractor directly to the Government must have the prime contractors team name and RFP number on the first page of the document.
