The U.S General Services Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Region 8), is hereby issuing a SOLICITATION for the Operation, Maintenance and Repair Services for Team West Buildings (67, 56, 85, 85A, 75 and 810) located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Solicitation Number 47PJ0018R0074 is being issued as a request from proposal (RFP). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect with Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective June 15, 2018

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

NAICS Code 561210 - Facility Support Services, Size Standard 38.5 million. Estimated price is between $9,000,000.00 and $12,000,000.00. Contractor is to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to accomplish Operation and Maintenance Services located at the Buildings 67, 56, 85, 85A, 75 and 810 on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. Services contract includes services for the operations and maintenance services for six buildings located on a federal campus in Lakewood Colorado. Services will include but are not limited to: provide mechanical maintenance services, including maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, fire alarm systems.

Equipment Inventory and Building Information sheets will be issued via email and sent to interested offerors after the solicitation has been posted. A site visit will be held on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at 9:00 AM MST at Building 67, Door S1, Hungry Horse Conference Room (1^st Floor) Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. Offers will be due August 29, 2018 2:00PM GSA is expected to make an award on or about October 1, 2018. The Government does intend to acquire a commercial item under Part 12 of the FAR. As follows all Clauses and Provisions under FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply as noted in the attached Solicitation package.
