Team Aerospace Operations Solutions Workshop

Background
The Air Force (AF) Team Aerospace Operations and Solutions (TAOS) Workshop is seeking AV equipment support for the plenary session occurring on the first day of the workshop. The AV equipment is critical for Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) personnel to present information to the audience thoroughly and accurately, better illustrating and conveying current and future operations, issues, and policies.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a Conference Meeting Package (CMP) for the first day of the TAOS Workshop, including a complete room setup with required AV equipment for the primary meeting room (Palm ABDE), accommodating 350 attendees.

The CMP includes:
- Two large projection screens
- Two LCD projectors with a minimum of 8000 Lumens
- Four wireless microphones (one headset clip style)
- Two monitors (one approximately 27 inches for laptop use and one approximately 55 inches for presenter use)
- Speakers for microphones and laptop presentations
- All associated equipment necessary for flawless presentation.

The Contractor shall also provide one full-time AV technician for setup, operation, troubleshooting, teardown, and equipment removal. Technical support must address unforeseen issues with all AV equipment during the plenary session. The Contractor must ensure that all AV systems are fully functional before each session and that any equipment failures impacting training are corrected immediately.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 31, 2026, for setup to September 1, 2026, for execution.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide qualified AV technicians with experience in delivering and operating AV systems in similar settings.
