Description

This notice is being posted IAW FAR 5.301(d)(3), and FAR 6.305. It will contain all applicable content as required by FAR 5.207(a).

This is the posting of a Award Notice for the Award of a Eielson AFB TDMA Land Mobile Radio (LMR) requirement to AEG Group Inc a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). This award was made September 30th 2024 by 354th Contracting Squadron 2310 Central Ave Ste 3 Eielson AFB, Alaska 99702. It was made to the amount of $2,007,319.66 the Total Value with Options being $6,468,846.39 under the DAF Enterprise Wide BPA FA805523A3011, under call order FA500424F0106 for the purchase of Motorola Land Mobile Radios. This was done as a Firm Fixed Price contract under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FAR Subpart 13.5). This was competed with the other Motorola BPA Holder Ewing Electronics and the award was given to the Lowest Technically Acceptable Offer. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The justification for the Brand Name requirement of Motorola is attached as well as the Award document.
