TB-29C and TB-34A Towed Array Telemetry   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source solicitation numbered N00024-23-R-6199 for a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) contract to procure Compact Towed Array (CTA) telemetry and material for up to 70 Thin Line Towed Arrays (TLTA), up to 70 Fat Line Towed Arrays (FLTA); telemetry production spare kits for up to 35 TLTA kits and up to 35 FLTA kits; Common Towed Array Receiver 3 (CTAR3) for a quantity up to 140; Common Towed Array Test Set (CTATS) for a quantity up to 20; up to 74,000 engineering service hours; other direct costs; and Provisioned Item Orders.

The period of performance for this effort is potentially five years with one base year and four one-year option periods, from FY24 through FY28.

This requirement will be solicited sole sourced to L3 Technologies in Millersville, MD. L3 Technologies is the only source capable of providing the required capability for TB-29C and TB-34A, including technical parameters of compatibility to the fielded TB-29C and TB-34A baseline shipboard Towed Array interfaces, module and component-level compatibility, interchangeability, as well as parts and material compatibility for depot use.
