Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is extending a non-competitive Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) Order 70B01C23F00000034 originally awarded to Paragon Systems Inc. This extension is necessary for the continued provision of Armed Facility Guard services at migrant detainment centers in El Paso, TX, to maintain operational integrity on a 24-hour basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Armed Facility Guard (AFG) Services in El Paso, TX CBP sector migrant detainment centers. These services include:
1) Escort and guard services for detainees in CBP custody at holding facilities, medical facilities, courtrooms, and other locations;
2) Maintaining operational integrity on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays.

The current task order performance period is being extended by eleven months from December 08, 2024, through November 07, 2025. The extension will increase the ceiling price by $15,000,000.00 to a revised total of $42,982,433.99.
