**THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for market research information and planning purposes-it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued.**

The 767th Specialized Contracting Flight (SCONF) is seeking sources that are capable of providing a 12 lane 7.62 ball munition rated 25 meter modular, transportable, reconfigurable small arms training range. It must equal a 25-meter shooting distance not to exceed 120' in length when connected to each other. The range shall be capable of supporting live fire with weapons up to (and including) 7.62 ball munitions (as well as shotguns) for weapon qualification and training. The small arms range shall be designed to retain full structural integrity to support all ballistic treatments, ventilation equipment, and accessories and must maintain 100% full ballistics (projectile) containment to allow for placement at a zero surface danger zone (SDZ) site. The live fire area shall maintain ballistic integrity to floors and walls, ceiling, doors, and across all joints. All joints shall be connected not abutted. Containment integrity shall be coordinated with the design and installation of ventilation system, ballistic criteria, and general construction. The small arms range shall be designed and constructed with interior walls and a bullet trap to eliminate the possibility of properly directed projectiles from ricocheting toward the shooting stalls and shooters. Must show proven techniques resulting in a 100% ballistic envelope with zero SDZ throughout the entire range. Each 12 lane small arms range shall have a MILO Range simulation system installed/integrated. The MILO system is a brand name required component. Additionally, all site preparation at each installation shall be done by the contractor. This effort will be accomplished at F.E. Warren AFB, WY; Malmstrom AFB, MT; and Minot AFB, ND. These requirements will not be personal services.
