Background
The Military Sealift Command Norfolk, specifically the Strategic Sealift Program Support Office, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) N3220526R6053 for tanker voyage charter services. The mission of this office is to ensure the effective transportation of military cargo and support operations. Work Details
The contractor will provide one clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker equipped with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT). The vessel must be capable of carrying a minimum of 270,000 barrels of clean product (F76). Key requirements include:
