Description

RFP Synopsis N3220523R0008 and RFP Draft N3220523R0008 are hereby attached.

Background
The solicitation is for a Tanker Time Charter issued by the Military Sealift Command. When awarded, the charter will consist of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, the Preamble, and Parts I through IX. The contract will have a base period of one year with two one-year option periods.
