Background
The contract is for tank truck bulk petroleum delivery service, USFK Wide. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirement for tank truck transportation of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy owned fuel products, specifically aviation turbine, diesel fuel, and gasoline fuel within the South Korean peninsula. The contractor shall provide fuel delivery services and be responsible for all personnel, equipment, material, and facilities necessary for providing these services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide fuel tank trucks, manpower, supervision, equipment, tools, and supplies to perform the U.S. Government-owned bulk fuel delivery services to designated permanent and temporary U.S. storage tanks, tank bags or refueling trucks positioned at the destinations on the South Korean peninsula listed in the CLIN schedule. The contractor shall deliver bulk fuel to designated delivery places and dates according to the delivery schedule provided by DLA Energy Korea. The contractor shall also provide surge support for unserviceability of existing commercial pipeline, tank cleaning projects, alternate receiving capability test, and unexpected malfunction of DFSP’s facility.
