NOTE: THE SUBJECT REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS RELEASED IN DRAFT FORMAT. QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ARE ENCOURGED TO BEGAN REVIEWING, SUBMIT QUESTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1.5 OF THE RFQ, AND GENERATING A RESPONSE. A FINAL RFQ WILL FOLLOW THIS NOTIFICATION. OFA seeks agile software development services to continue building out features of the TANF Data Portal. The services to be provided under this task order shall include all aspects of the software development process including planning, design, user research, software development and coding, prototyping, documentation, testing, and configuration. The features to be prioritized in the next stage of development shall include data collection for new work outcomes measures, automated transmission, data analytics/dashboards, user interfaces for regional staff, and improved logging.
