Talk. They Hear You. National Media Campaign to Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking and Other Substances-STOP Act

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) contemplates awarding a cost-plus award fee contract for a project entitled Talk. They Hear You. National Media Campaign to Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking and Other Substances-STOP Act The purpose of this announcement is to provide a Pre-solicitation Notice for the release of Solicitation RFP Number 277-22-0574.

This project is set aside for a Small Business under NAICS Code 541810, Advertising Agencies.

The purpose of this contract is to continue to further develop, implement, and evaluate the alignment of public messaging with the interventions of the multi-faceted adult oriented national media campaign, and explore the feasibility and implementation of a national youth media campaign that is part of the current contract.

The estimated date for issuance of this RFP is on/about Monday, March 14, 2022. The anticipated contract period of performance is a twelve-month Base Year plus four (4) twelve-month option periods.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract.
