Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) Maintenance, Amendment 0003

Background
The 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) is requesting additional maintenance support through contracted maintenance teams to provide world-class logistical support to 8th Army. The shortage of manpower and NCOs decreases the ability for the 8th ARMY to properly program maintenance timelines and service schedules, resulting in a 'reactive mode' rather than a 'proactive mode' in the maintenance arena. The contract maintenance will give the 8th ARMY base units the ability to program maintenance and establish continuity while maintaining in Korea Theater of Operations (KTO).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform Field Level maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Service on High Mobility Multipurpose Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTT) up-armored series vehicles, Medium Tactical Vehicle (MTV), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles (MRAP), Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), and Trailers series vehicles. The contractor shall provide all necessary skilled personnel, supervision, master mechanic tools sets, personnel safety equipment, materials, transportation, and other items and services necessary to conduct semi-annual, annual, and bi-annual maintenance services in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) tables on all vehicles to determine the extent of service work and replacement parts required on all vehicles in KTO.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one Base Year of 12 months and Four 12-month option years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various U.S. Government furnished facilities located at Camp Casey, K-16 (Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do), Camp Humphreys, Osan AB, Suwon AB, Camp Carroll, Camp Walker, Camp Henry, Kunsan AB.
