Description

The requirement is for providing the Embassy Jerusalem with use of a tactical training facility (for firearms,
defensive tactics and classroom training), for the training of the US embassy's Local Guard Force, APD, RSO agents
and MSG Det. The requirement is for the use of shooting ranges, classrooms and other training facilities. The
anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve
months and four one-year periods at the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer,
which will be considered. Note: Please carefully read the RFP for the response date and time for proposal
submission.
The offeror is encouraged to be registered and complete the annual representations and certifications
electronically in SAM accessed through http://www.sam.gov
A Site visit will be held on August 1, 2024 at The Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv, Herzelia Annex building, 11 Galgalai
Haplada St., Herzelia Pituach, Entrance B, 3rd Floor. Prospective offerors should contact Chanan Stern at
SternCC@State.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

Background
The United States Embassy in Jerusalem is seeking to contract for tactical weapons training facility services. The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive training environment for the embassy's Local Guard Force, APD, RSO agents, and MSG Det. The services will include the use of shooting ranges, classrooms, and other training facilities to enhance the operational readiness and skills of security personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide access to a tactical training facility that includes:
- Shooting range for up to 12 shooters (671 hours annually)
- Dojo training hall for up to 22 trainees (406 hours annually)
- Cardboard targets on stand (614 units)
- Exclusive use of a lockable storeroom (12 months)
- Classroom facilities (312 hours annually)
- Tactical training area (72 hours annually)
- Exclusive use of staff room (12 months)
- Dry firearms training area (376 hours annually).
The contract spans a base period of 12 months with four additional one-year option periods. The estimated usage patterns include various courses and ongoing mandatory training sessions throughout the year, with specific requirements for each type of training.

The anticipated performance period is for a base period of twelve months with four one-year options at the discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Embassy Jerusalem and associated facilities in Israel.
