Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) System Development Activity (SDA), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) Ceiling Increase   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) modification on contract N00019-20-D-0017, to Lockheed Martin (LM), to increase the ceiling of the existing contract and permit continued support, in a fifth ordering period, for the TTWCS SDA, software and system engineering support/upgrades, and sustainment.

The contract modification was awarded to LM on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, because LM is the only known source that possesses the knowledge of the TTWCS design, operation requirements, capability, and expertise required to successfully provide these supplies in an accurate and timely manner to meet the required Government schedule for continued Fleet support without duplication of costs. The data associated with the TTWCS is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives.
