Background
The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton, CA intends to enter sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract valued at an estimated $42,200 to L3Technologies, Inc. Communication Systems-West, Subsidiary of L3HARRIS Technologies, Inc. (L3 Technologies), for the procurement of two Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT) External Power Amplifier (TEPA) Cooling Trays. L3Technologies, Inc. is identified as the sole provider for the TEPA Cooling Trays.

Work Details
The procurement is for two TEPA Cooling Trays to be used in conducting RF terminals testing to enable the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) service initiative of Project Overmatch in support of Force Design 2030 and the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory’s efforts to improve interoperability between joint forces and proofing of operational concepts.

Period of Performance
The effort is estimated for award in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2024.

The products will be delivered to the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton, CA.
