Tactical Integrated Threat/Target Training Systems (TTS)   13

Amentum Services was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract as one of nine Multiple Awards. These contracts provide research and development, engineering, integration, test, cybersecurity, upgrade, and sustainment for various tactical threat systems in support of improving aircrew lethality and survivability for the U.S. Navy. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $92,988,452, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. Work will be performed in China Lake, California, and is expected to be completed in September 2026. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity.
