Attached is an Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice to support ICE/OFTP. ICE is seeking a single vendor to provide various Tactical Emergency Medical Training Services IAW the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) dated 10/15/2024.

Background
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) is seeking a single vendor to provide Tactical Emergency Medical Services (TEMS) training courses. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of ICE personnel involved in emergency medical response, particularly for the Special Response Teams (SRT) and Rapid Response Teams (RRT). The goal is to ensure that ICE personnel are adequately trained and certified in emergency medical procedures, thereby improving operational readiness.

Work Details
The vendor will provide several emergency medical training courses, including:
1. Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician Course
2. Initial Credentialing Course (ICC)
3. Re-certification classes

The vendor must supply all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required for the training. Key tasks include:
- Communicating with the ICE ERO TEMS program manager for quality assurance of field and clinical medical training.
- Providing coaching/mentoring during emergency scenarios involving ICE EMTs and paramedics.
- Offering a fully loaded per course rate that includes all associated costs such as instructor fees, books, medical supplies, materials, and parking.
- Ensuring all participating ICE personnel attend mutually agreed upon continuing education courses and recertification courses.

Specific training requirements include maintaining NREMT certification at various levels (EMT, AEMT, Paramedic), CPR/ACLS recertification according to recognized standards. The ICC will be an 8-day course offered once a year for up to 18 students per class covering essential certifications and skills. The Wilderness EMT course will be a 34-day program for up to 10 students that includes lodging, meals, drug screening, background checks, and necessary immunizations.

Place of Performance
Training will occur at the vendor's designated training site and may involve multiple locations within 300 miles for certain courses.
