This solicitation for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to make award to a single offeror. The CLIN structure will include Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for engineering services as well as cost reimbursement type CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODC). The proposed contract is expected to have a one-year base period, followed by six additional option years, for a total maximum ordering period of seven years for continued mission support. The ODC and CLINs will be non-fee bearing. NAICS Code is 541330. This requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside. This is a follow-on requirement to an existing single award contract that was competed as a small business set-aside and awarded to KOAM Engineering Services (KES) under contract N66001-15-D-0042. The ordering period of the existing contract ends on 13 April 2020. SSC Pacific does not intend to hold an industry for this requirement. This proposed acquisition has security requirements at the Secret level. SSC Pacific intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract. The prospective contract will have a one-year base period with four, one-year option periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 639,405 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided.
