Background
The Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department is issuing this solicitation for the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Emergency Medical Simulator (EMS) Surgical Cut Suits and Associated Components.

The goal of this contract is to procure essential medical training equipment to enhance the capabilities of military personnel in emergency medical situations. This procurement is being conducted under the authority indicating that it intends to negotiate with only one source.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- CLIN 0001: Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Emergency Medical Simulator (EMS) Cut Suits, Medium Skin CS-TCCC/EMS-MS, Quantity: 4 each
- CLIN 0002: Surgical Skin (5 Pack) CS-SSK-MS-5PK, Quantity: 4 each
