Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award M0068124P0008, awarded to Templar Medical for $1,783,000 (01/05/24–09/30/28) for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. The current RFQ similarly calls for one day of TCCC instruction using tabletop didactic and dynamic scenario-based assessments aligned with joint service TCCC-CLS standards, which suggests the prior work is a continuing or closely related delivery of the same type of training.
