Request for Proposal (RFP) N0017325RGG04 - "Tactical Combat and Electronic Warfare Systems Research and Development" and the associated attachments and exhibits are located in the Attachments/Links section of this solicitation posting.

This RFP is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5.

Background
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) N0017325RGG04 for Tactical Combat and Electronic Warfare Systems Research and Development.

The goal of this contract is to support the NRL's mission by providing research and development services that enhance tactical combat capabilities and electronic warfare systems.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW):
1. Provide all labor required to accomplish Delivery Orders (DOs) and Task Orders (TOs) issued under this contract.
2. Furnish necessary Other Direct Costs (ODCs) including travel and materials/equipment required for the SOW.
3. Deliver all data as required by the Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423, incorporated as Exhibit A.
4. Provide all property acquired or created in support of this contract, ensuring compliance with identification and valuation requirements.

The specific work will be further described in DOs/TOs issued under this contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span multiple years, with specific timelines defined in individual task orders issued under the contract.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue SW, Washington, DC.
