The proposal submission deadline is extended to 12 March 2020. *** 7 February 2020: Solicitation N66001-20-R-0336 has been issued*** The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-20-R-0336 (formerly N66001-18-R-0336) to provide support for many complex, multi-use avionics, guidance, tracking, electronic systems and equipment. The four (4) primary activities: Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN), Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS), Air Command Control, and Joint Tactical Systems(JTS), provide technical and engineering expertise on electronic equipment/systems. Such systems include radar displays, imagery systems, transmitters/receivers, data processing/fusion, communication, and ancillary navigational/radar equipment. These systems are used in support of air, land, and sea operations This is a follow-on requirement to an existing single award contract that was competed as a total small business set-aside and awarded to Trandes Corporation under contract N66001-15-D-0146. The ordering period of the existing contract ends on 22 July 2020. This is a total small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in a single award contract (SAC). NIWC Pacific intends to issue a solicitation (RFP N66001-18-R-0336) for a single award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for Services, Cost Reimbursement Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Other Direct Cost (ODC) inclusive of travel. The prospective contract will have a two-year base period with three, 12-month option periods. This proposed contract has security requirements at the Secret level. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 700,892 hours. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $41.5 million.
