Tableau Creator licenses

This procurement is a one time delivery order against MAS contract for an order under SIN 511210, NAICS 513210. The order will be firm, fixed price. Delivery will be electronic. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This order is FOB destination to Keystone, WA. Line Item: Tableau Creator Licenses Part Number: 200001773-2 Quantity 30 PoP: 20 months Award is subject to the terms and condition of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand Name for the requested software. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. Delivery is required by 16 July 2024 or sooner to ensure continuity of performance. This is a renewal of existing software licenses. Current license information will be provided upon request for quoting purposes. Please note existing software was a quantity of 50 and this is only for a quantity of 30. The quoted item must be on the offeror's contract in order to be considered AT TIME OF QUOTE. Quoted prices may not exceed the proposed awardee's MAS price in order to be considered for award. If using a Teaming Agreement, the Teaming Agreement must be submitted with the quote. No open market quotes will be evaluated. All Terms and Conditions of the MAS contract apply and will be incorporated into the award. All quoted items must be TAA compliant and Brand name of the part number specified. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.
