TA26 Base Life Support (BLS)

Background
The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Support Contract, is issuing this solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide Base Life Support (BLS) services for US government personnel during the annual Tenacious Archer exercise in Palau.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that US Forces have the necessary support services during military operations, which are anticipated to continue in the region.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide non-personal services including all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific services include:
- Portable latrines
- Hand wash stations
- Indoor/outdoor lighting
- Power generation
- Air conditioning units and fans
- Tentage for accommodations
- Laundry services
- Material handling equipment such as ambulances and sandbags
- Tables and chairs for dining and other purposes
- Trash/waste/hazardous material storage and removal.

The contractor must remain flexible to changes in service requirements due to the nature of military exercises.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must be local vendors and are required to provide a copy of their Defense Base Act Insurance Estimate. They must be able to procure DBA insurance within 72 hours of award. Additionally, contractors must have an active registration with a valid CAGE Code and be enrolled in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for payment processing.
