Background
This contract is issued by NASA for the acquisition of a TA Instruments TMA 450, which will be installed and trained at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) for research and development work. - Force range: 0.001 to 2 N
- Dynamic measuring range: +/- 2.5 mm
- Displacement sensitivity: 15 nm for sample lengths up to 26 mm
- Standard temperature range: -150 to 1000 °C
- Optional Mechanical Cooling Accessory (MCA70) for temperatures down to -70°C.
- Features include an innovative touch screen with One-Touch-Away functionality and TRIOS software for instrument control and data management.
- Includes a Gas Delivery Manifold (GDM) for automated gas flow control.
- Comes with an accessory kit containing calibration standards and probes.
- Offers a 5-year warranty on furnaces and carries CE marking and NRTL certifications.

2. **Thermal Installation & Training Fee** (Part #999800.528): Installation will be conducted by highly trained Service Engineers following ISO 9000 procedures, ensuring high quality throughout the installation process.
