The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if businesses are interested and capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the items listed in the attached spreadsheet.

THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IN THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFOMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLTY VOLUNTARY.

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to manufacture (or legitimately obtain) the listed items are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by July 10, 2018.

All responses under this Sources Sought Request for Information Notice MUST update the spreadsheet and send to the email address below.
