T55 Engine Production   3

The purpose of this posting is to post Solicitation W58RGZ-19-R-0152, which was issued on 29 July 2019 with a response date of 2 October 2019, as well as Amendment 0001 to the solicitation, effective date 4 November 2020.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1. In accordance with FAR Case 2019-009; Prohibition on Contractiing with Entities Using Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Section 889(a)(1)(B) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232), Effective August 13, 2020, the following clauses are hereby added to this solicitation:

a. FAR Clause 52.204-24 entitled "Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services of Equipment", dated August 2020
b. FAR Clause 52.204-26 entitled "Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services--Representation", dated December 2019

2. FAR Clause 52.204-9 entitled "Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel", dated January 2011, is hereby added to this solicitation.

3. The validity of Honeywell's T55 U.S. Army Production 2020-2024 BASE Proposal No. SFDC #466390, OPRO-0022764, dated 31 October 2019, has been extended to 13 December 2020.

4. Except as stated herein, all other terms and conditions remain the same.
