Background
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Headquarters Office in Washington, DC is contracting this action for the Office of Research and Development (ORD) for which the government is issuing a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for the purpose of entering into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price Contract. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this notice.

Work Details
This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Small businesses are required to perform at least 50 percent of the costs of the contract performance with their own personnel. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver reports, including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals in accordance with Attachment D. Each report shall cite the contract number, identify the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as the sponsoring agency, and identify the name of the Contractor preparing the report.

The Contractor shall furnish 2 copies of the combined monthly technical and financial progress report stating the progress made, including the percentage of the project completed, and a description of the work accomplished to support the cost from 03/20/2023 through 03/19/2028.
