The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:
1. Provide responses to the questions received from vendors.
2. As a result, the Terms and Conditions have been amended and all changes have been
highlighted in yellow.
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:
1. Due to technical sync issues with SAM.gov, the questions and closing date have been
extended. The due date for questions to be submitted has been updated from May 12, 2023 to
May 16, 2023.
2. The closing date for the solicitation has been updated from May 12, 2023 to May 23, 2023.

Background
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide responses to the questions received from vendors and amend the Terms and Conditions highlighted in yellow. Amendment 0001 extends the due date for questions and the closing date for the solicitation.

Work Details
The solicitation is for On Call/Call When Needed Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) services to support wildland fire operations, search and rescue (SAR), emergency management, and other resource missions. The contract has a three-year ordering period and will be procured in accordance with Subpart 13.5. The maximum Ceiling value is $7,200,000.00 over the life of the IDIQ contract with a Minimum Guarantee Amount of $550.00 for each IDIQ contract.
The services include provision of a minimum of two complete UAS, necessary spare parts, personnel, servicing vehicles, fuel, and all other associated equipment.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for the contract is from 06/15/2023 to 06/14/2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at multiple locations throughout the lower 48 States.
