Description

This statement of work/performance-based work statement (SOW/PWS) defines the requirements for the Contractor to remove the T-Metrics 48-port TELMOD ACD system at Shaw AFB from the existing MSL-100 TDM system located in building 1109 Teleco Office, and upgrade, install, and terminate to a Cisco Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server in Shaw AFB Clinic (bldg. 1052) Data Center. The contractor will supply all material and equipment needed to complete the work outlined in the SOW/PWS.

Background
The contract involves the removal of the T-Metrics 48-port TELMOD ACD system at Shaw AFB from the existing MSL-100 TDM system located in building 1109 and upgrading, installing, and terminating to a Cisco Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server in Shaw AFB Clinic (building 1052). The contractor is required to supply all material and equipment needed to complete the work outlined in the SOW/PWS.

Work Details
The specific requirements include safety, security, environmental management, permits, quality assurance, contractor personnel, warranty, manuals and practices, site restoration/debris removal, service outages, configuration management, identification/marking, installation schedules, weekly status reports, red-line and as-built drawings, test and acceptance/installation test plan, acceptance/installation test report.
The contractor is also responsible for providing deliverables such as as-built drawings and test reports for all terminated lines.

The period of performance is a base period of proposed project duration including installation, training, and testing & acceptance.
