The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Construction/A&E Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 has issued a Request for Proposal for potential award of five to eight firm-fixed price IDIQ contracts for Interpretive Media and Services. Task Orders may include work of the following types: interpretive media in the form of text, graphics, objects, design, fabrication, and installation of exhibits, trail waysides, videos/films, and other media elements to help the audience make intellectual and emotional connections to the resource. The geographic location of the work will be the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and any U.S. territory. The term of the contract is expected to include a base period of 1 year with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. The value of each individual contract is expected to be $1,200,000 per year or $6,000,000 over five (5) years, with options (if exercised). Task orders under this contract will be issued as Firm-Fixed Price. The basis of award will be the best value to the Government utilizing the Tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999- All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing and the associated size standard is 500 employees. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
