T-AKE OP Station Upgrade-IMECO, Inc. Service   2

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a bona-fide need for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and services to support the replacement of the Cargo Reefer Operator Controls System stations installed aboard MSC T-AKE CLASS vessels. The Period of Performance (POP) to be awarded is 5 years from the award date, with performance at the Contractor's facility; as well as, onboard MSC ships at shipyards and repair facilities. This contract will include options for specific ship installs required to be completed within the 5 year period from award.This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within 45 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by MSC. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address kathryn.s.bates@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.See attachment for synopsis.
