Background
The Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC WLK, located at Tinker AFB, OK, has issued solicitation FA8106-23-R-0002 for the production and installation follow-on of T-6A/B/D Crash Survivable Recorder (CSR). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 5-year period of performance, including a one-year basic ordering period and four one-year option ordering periods. The total scope of work for which orders may be issued is set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Work Details
The contract includes various items to be purchased such as T-6 CSR Production Kits, Spare Kits, Kit Installation, Over & Above - Parts & Materials, Labor Rates, Travel G&A, and Aircrew Training. The pricing matrix is in contractor format and PR/MIPR numbers, funds, delivery, and ACRNs will be determined in individual delivery orders. The offeror is required to prepare and submit certified cost or pricing data and supporting attachments as per 15.408 Table 15-2.

Period of Performance
The basic ordering period starts on 31 Jul 2023 and ends on 30 Jul 2024. The option ordering periods extend from 31 Jul 2024 to 30 Jan 2029.
