T-38 Companion Trainer Program (CTP)

NOTE: This draft willl replace FA4890-10-R-0008 that was cancelled due to administrative errors. The contract is for Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance (CAM) services at four Air Combat Command (ACC) Air Force Bases (AFBs) and one Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) AFB. CTP T-38 aircraft are located at Beale, Holloman, Langley, Nellis and Whiteman Air Force Bases (AFB). The contract is centrally managed by the ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) at Langley AFB, Virginia. The contract consists of a three-month (aprox) transition period, a one year base period, and four option years. If all options are exercised, the contract will expire on 30 Sep 16. The primary function of the T-38 program is to provide intermediate and organizational maintenance for Companion Trainer Program (CTP) T-38 aircraft at Beale, Holloman, Langley, Nellis and Whiteman Air Force Bases. In addition to providing aircraft maintenance support at Beale, Holloman, Langley, Nellis and Whiteman, the CAM program provides contract maintenance support at Holloman AFB for the 46th Test Group, 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group, 82nd Aerial Target Squadron QF-4 drone program and German Air Force (GAF) Tornado aircraft. Support is also provided to the US Army Air Operations Directorate White Sands Missile Range, and NASA, located in El Paso, TX. Finally, the contract provides transient maintenance and services at Holloman and Whiteman AFBs.
