Please read this entire notice carefully as it constitutes the only notice that will be issued regarding the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA), Office of the Chief Information Officer - Advisory Multi-Step Process. DHS/FEMA intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts following a full and open competition for Operations and Maintenance support described in the attached Statement of Work.
